1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using nextlevelsitesagency.com or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services

Next Level Sites provides website design and development, plus ongoing website care such as hosting, maintenance, security monitoring, and support for small and local businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement.

3. Portfolio & Concept Projects

Projects displayed in our portfolio that are labeled "CONCEPT PROJECT" are design concepts created by Next Level Sites to demonstrate design and development capabilities. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sold to any real client.

4. Free Website Previews

Next Level Sites may offer complimentary website previews for qualified projects based on fit and availability. A Free Website Preview is an initial design concept intended to demonstrate potential design direction, style, and layout.

It is not a completed production website, does not include unlimited design or development work, and does not obligate either party to move forward with a paid project. If the client chooses to proceed, the applicable project pricing and payment terms begin.

5. Payment Structure

Where a Free Website Preview is approved and the client chooses to proceed: 25% of the project price is due to begin the full paid build, and the remaining 75% is due after final website approval. Ongoing website care begins after launch and is billed monthly.

6. Website Care

Ongoing website care starts at $45/month and generally includes hosting, maintenance, security monitoring, routine content updates, technical support, and keeping the website running properly.

Website care does not include unlimited redesigns, unlimited new pages, unlimited development, unlimited integrations, or unlimited functionality changes. Major additions or new features may require a separate quote.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on nextlevelsitesagency.com — including logos, copy, design, and code — is owned by Next Level Sites unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Next Level Sites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a paid engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
