1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using nextlevelsitesagency.com or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services

Next Level Sites provides website design and development, plus ongoing website care such as hosting, maintenance, security monitoring, and support for businesses in the United States and internationally. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement.

3. Portfolio & Concept Projects

Projects displayed in our portfolio that are labeled "CONCEPT PROJECT" are design concepts created by Next Level Sites to demonstrate design and development capabilities. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sold to any real client.

4. Free Website Previews

Next Level Sites may offer complimentary website previews for qualified projects based on fit and availability. A Free Website Preview is an initial design concept intended to demonstrate potential design direction, style, and layout.

It is not a completed production website, does not include unlimited design or development work, and does not obligate either party to move forward with a paid project. If the client chooses to proceed, the applicable project pricing and payment terms begin.

5. Payment Structure

The Free Website Preview is free and carries no obligation to purchase. If the client approves the preview and chooses to proceed, the full project price is charged in one payment at that time. There is no deposit and no split payment.

The required Website Care plan is set up in the same checkout. The first Website Care payment is charged one calendar month after the date of the website purchase — not the website launch date — and renews automatically each month thereafter until cancelled.

Our current Founding Client Offer is a custom website build of up to 5 pages for $199 one-time, plus required Website Care of $45/month, first charged one calendar month after the $199 purchase date. This introductory pricing is limited to our first 5 businesses and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Additional pages, booking systems, e-commerce, customer accounts, databases, major third-party integrations, and other specialized functionality fall outside this scope and are quoted separately.

6. Website Care

Website Care is $45/month and generally includes hosting and website management, SSL and security, technical maintenance, form monitoring, software and dependency updates where applicable, minor content updates, bug fixes, basic performance monitoring, ongoing support, and keeping the website online and maintained.

Website Care does not include unlimited redesigns, unlimited new pages, unlimited development, unlimited integrations, or unlimited functionality changes. Major additions or new features may require a separate quote.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on nextlevelsitesagency.com — including logos, copy, design, and code — is owned by Next Level Sites unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Next Level Sites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a paid engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
